Tech Ed 2009: New Software Makes It Simple to Perform Complex Migrations of Lotus Notes Applications to SharePoint

Binary Tree announced a final beta release of CMT for SharePoint Data, a software product that makes it much simpler to migrate template-based Lotus Notes applications to Microsoft SharePoint at Microsoft Tech-Ed 2009 today. Binary Tree will be providing demonstrations in booth 547 at Tech-Ed of this new software that features a first-time migration wizard and an elegant and intuitive user interface for migrating Lotus Notes discussion databases, document libraries, TeamRoom and QuickPlace applications to SharePoint.

CMT for SharePoint Data enables organizations to quickly catalog Lotus Notes applications and run audits on those applications to identify any problems that may occur during a migration. Once migrations are ready to begin, CMT for SharePoint Data enables users to simply select the application they want to migrate, select the target new or existing SharePoint site, and run the migration immediately or to schedule it to start at a date and time in the future.
