Registration for the 2009 International CES Now Open!

Press/analyst registration for the 2009 International CES® has begun. As a valued press/analyst, you can pre-register for the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow. If you take a few moments now, you can get your badge early and save valuable time when you arrive at the show, and it’s free.

To qualify for a press/analyst/blogger badge you must submit one of the following credentials:

For editorial press and bloggers:

* Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related article from the last six months (with your name in byline),

* Publication masthead listing you as an editorial contributor; or

* A current photo press ID from an official media outlet.

For analysts:

* Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related article from the last six months (with your name in byline),

* Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related financial article quoting you as a financial or market analyst; or

* Copy of or an Internet link to a financial report from the last six months (with your name in byline).

You will receive an e-mail confirmation, within approximately 30 days, after your credentials have been reviewed and approved. Please allow extra time for international submissions and submissions by mail. The International CES reserves the right to deny an applicant a press/analyst badge if insufficient credentials are submitted.

Badges for pre-registered journalists, bloggers and analysts will begin to mail in the fall and will arrive in specially marked envelopes along with other important show information. Visit CESweb.org often to read about exciting news and events taking place at the 2009 International CES January 8 – 11, with CES Unveiled on Tuesday, January 6 and Press Day on Wednesday, January 7.
