TechInsights’ Embedded SystEMS 2008: ems Conference Silicon Valley 2008 Gives Attendees Opportunity to Build (and Keep) Their Own Embedded System

TechInsights today announced that the 2008 Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valley will offer paid
all access conference attendees a free Via ARTiGO embedded builder kit and
the opportunity to participate in a new Build Your Own Embedded System
Track.

ESC Silicon Valley, the largest event for the design engineering
community to learn, collaborate and celebrate innovation, annually brings
together the top engineers and managers in the industry. This year’s
conference takes place April 14 - 18, 2008 at the McEnery Convention Center
in San Jose, California.

Track Highlights:

* Build Your Own Embedded System Track is new this year with a customized
VIA ARTiGO Builder Kit and the opportunity to:
- Design and build a practical embedded system through conceptual
conference classes
- Work directly with embedded systems experts
- Take a newly configured system home
* The attendees will take the kit from class to class and learn concepts
such as:
- How to ensure security/encryption
- How to add wireless networking
- How to add a Web server and a variety of other applications.
* Participants will apply concepts to real-world experiences, such as
learning how to develop the mobile GPS systems often used in navigation
products.
* In addition to the BYOES classes, ESC is offering over 200 other
conference classes have been scheduled for the 2008 conference
