Honda: From CRX to CRZ
December 31, 2007

Honda is ready to roll out their Prius to compete with the Prius itself, the challenge to the Icon of Hybrids, which sells usually 5 times more than the Honda. But trust me this one looks very promising, it’s the CRZ different and challenges the whole image of a four door family hybrid. It looks like a sporty two door; well actually it is. The interior has a glassy feeling, we are not sure whether the production model would be the same.
A photo wall clock: Memories in time
December 31, 2007
With a generation so infatuated with themselves and pretty pictures, it’s obvious why these products have such a huge market. Not that m complaining, but just a decade ago, who would’ve thought these kinda products could attract so much attention? What we have here though is a welcome change from the infamous digital photo frame.
This is a contemporary photo wall clock, of which each hand has space to hook up a picture of your loved one. It looks like something of a wall-hangin fan, but it’s kinda cute. I’d love to see my pets, my family n friends every morning when I gaze at the clock. Read more
iTunes here I come
December 31, 2007
![]()
What is happening to the music industry? Is it collapsing or is it evolving into a new being altogether. Radiohead got their album for sale on their website at the price the buyer wants to sell. Nine Inch Nails giving its samples out and fans creating new albums. Forget about the cassettes; nobody really cares about the CDs. We see the sections of the display getting smaller and smaller. Whats going on iPod is here and he always eats home cooked meals from iTunes.
Well you can put other MP3s but mother iTunes will still cook it and feed it. Mostly, they prefer home grown food from the organic backyard of iTunes’ music purchases; it usually takes same hard-work of 99 cents per song. Read more
300 mpg is not a Typo it’s a Typ1
December 31, 2007

California is now in the green race of America and is here to give Detroit a piece of their medicine. Aptera, a Carlsbad, CA-based company is out with a car (not practically a car as it has three wheels); I should say a transport vehicle that gives a whooping 3-0-0-Miles-Per-Gallon. We sure think it is just a concept car or a vehicle and we see things like these all the time. NO. This has been driven and practically tested; it is a hybrid (I will compromise on that), but even then it is six times times more than a Prius. Read more
Rinspeed concept car: Water Proof Automobile
December 30, 2007

The Swiss were always awesome with water resistant Rolex Oysters. Now they have a car on their mind. The Swiss concept car maker Rinspeed is up for the job, and they have what Bond only borrowed for a movie, sCuba. An amphibious car to be introduced in the Geneva Motor Show in the year 2008. Well, I hope the project is bought out by GM or somebody. Well in the world where the global warming is there with the ever rising water level, this might be the best solution. It would also be the one made for the streets of Vienna, and is the coolest thing after “the spy who loved me”. Read more

ChiliPad: A matress that makes you so hot, it’s supercool!
December 30, 2007
Although it’s great to have those electric heating gadgets to fluff on, when you’re in those inhumanly cold places on the planet, I’ve always been a tad too jittery at the idea of getting warmth from something that had the capacity to burn me down if mishandled. So, maybe electric blankets are not quite my thing, but what definitely makes me take a second look is the ChiliPad from T2 International that promises to keep you warm when you need it, and cold when you’re hot and bothered. Waterproof LCD Screen: For movie-addicted water babies
December 29, 2007

Okay, so it’s not like you’re plunging in the ocean with your LCD screen (god save you if you love technology that much), but this cool waterproof LCD screen here is great for those who get very little time to catch up at home, and would love to have their screens attached to their bath so they can catch up on their favourite sports and news items while indulging in some moments on bliss. It’s also great for those who want to watch something steamy while in the shower with that naughty someone (oh well, that’s my devilish mind at work). Read more
Digital Pen SU-27W: Nokia Releases Digital Bluetooth Pen
December 29, 2007

What’s a digital pen? I’ve heard of mechanical pen but a digital plus bluetooth makes me feel like I’m from the stone age. So the Nokia Digital Pen SU-27W 12 20 got me curious…enthralled even. I only know of Mobile Notetaker but this one from Nokia I think would be perfect for those who can’t exchange their pencils for their keyboards but are too forgetful.
The bluetooth enabled pen allows easy file transfer from the pen to the PC. Any hand-written document whether your secret notes or doodles can be transferred to your mobile phone or laptop. It only has 1.3 MB of storage but that’s enough to store about a hundred pages of A5 paper for about 3 hours non-stop. Read more
iRiver D27: Only geeks carry electronic dictionaries? Think again
December 29, 2007

Remember Franklin, the dictionary the electronic dictionary making company? Well there has always been a fascination for handheld gadgets, from the digital diaries from Casio to store phone numbers, then the PDAs, then the Walkman, to the present day MP3 players. The end of it all is something like the N95 or the iPhone.
But what’s up with iRiver? It looks a little like a Nintendo DS. The iRiver D27 is a e-dictionary with an awesome keyboard and awesome MP3 playback (also supports WMA, ASF, OGG) and picture viewing capabilities (JPG,GIF, BMP). The product is not launched yet in the U.S. and many parts of Europe, and is loyal only to the home country, Korea. Read more
