Asus PG221: Endlich, mein Monitor bellt …
July 26, 2007
Yeah. Flat screen. Endlich mal was neues vom Monitormarkt! Mit dem Asus PG221 versucht sich der erste Computer-LCD als “all-features-in-one” Bildschirm zu profilieren. screen featuring a long list of not so common extras; including a 15 watt subwoofer, built-in speakers, a rotating interactive webcam, USB ports, ear and microphone jacks, and DVI and VGA inputs packaged into one monitor.
Plus: With a 1680×1050 pixels resolution, gamer will drool over the picture quality of this screen. Don’t expect to hear a high definition sound though since a 10-watt speaker can’t produce a high quality sound. Other notable specifications are 2000:1 contrast, 350 cd/m2 brightness, and 2ms response rate.
Pricing and release dates are not yet announced. But on things is certain: This one is definitely not gonna be cheap … (SePh)
